My computer time is not working?

every time i switch off my pc and on again the time is out ,at 000. when to cmos to change it , than f10 to save, the next time on , it will be back to 000.have change BATTERY, now the month cant be move at all ,only the time and date can be change. how to flash bois, thank u|||Well, the first thing that might be causing this is your memory card (RAM).
