How do I know the Memory of my computer?

cause I had my computer fixed in the repair shop, then when I got it back, it keeps hanging then completely stops (cant ctrl + alt + del) so I doubt that those guys fixed it. they did not even change the CMOS battery that I told them to. *sigh*|||Right-click My Computer from either the start menu or the desktop and select properties. The General tab will show the installed physical memory, processor speed and type, version of Windows and some other useful information.|||as in how much u got or what type of memory it is?
