How do I know the Memory of my computer?

cause I had my computer fixed in the repair shop, then when I got it back, it keeps hanging then completely stops (cant ctrl + alt + del) so I doubt that those guys fixed it. they did not even change the CMOS battery that I told them to. *sigh*|||Right-click My Computer from either the start menu or the desktop and select properties.
