How do you chance a CMOS battery? And how do you know which kind to buy?

I have an Acer Aspire 5610Z

I need a new CMOS battery but I have no idea where it is and how to change it. Do I need to buy a specific kind of battery?|||Your computer is a laptop, most laptops you have to pretty much completely disassemble to get to the CMOS battery, if you are lucky it might be under they keyboard, or accessible by removing the bottom memory cover. If you are not experienced in repairing/taking apart laptops I would strongly suggest taking it to get changed. As it is just a battery replacement it should be cheap to get done. I wouldn%26#039;t however take it to a place like best buy where they will do all kinds of weird crap to your laptop and charge you through the nose. Try finding a laptop repair shop in your city that can give you a quote over the phone. If you do decide to change it yourself it is a CR2032 button cell battery. Just a fair warning if if is like the one in the link below you will have to order a new battery you cannot just put one from the store to replace the one in the link below.
